Return/Exchange Policy

All items purchased from the Hilliard Cat Shack website are considered “custom” orders. All sales will be considered final except in the case of defect. If an item is defective it will be replaced as an exchange only. In the event that an item is defective and another suitable exchange cannot be made, The Hilliard Catshack.com purchases will be credited to the account used to make the purchase, unless you indicate otherwise.

*Please allow approximately 10 days for your credit to be applied to your credit card after the return/exchange has been processed at our fulfillment center.
